SSMPL Slogan - One stop...endless possibilities
Sault Ste. Marie Public Library

The Sault Ste. Marie Public Library and VOICES present two award-winning films.

Immiscible: The Fight Over Line 5 is a documentary about the Enbridge pipeline under the Straits of Mackinac, the implications for the Great Lakes, and tensions between oil companies and water activists.

The Canoe explores the stories of five Ontario canoe paddlers, revealing the majestic beauty of the activity and the human connections that form on the water.

Join us for two documentary films and a panel discussion on what defines a healthy community on the Great Lakes.  Together, let’s talk about the present and our shared vision for the future of Sault Ste. Marie.

This program is free to attend and will be held at the Sault Ste. Marie Centennial Library,

50 East Street - Program Room

Thursday April 19th from 6-8 p.m.
