SSMPL Slogan - One stop...endless possibilities
Sault Ste. Marie Public Library

A new season is upon us: a time of new growth and spring cleaning.  Why not take some time for yourself and refresh your thinking and approach to life’s daily challenges with the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library’s virtual Program, ‘Mindfulness Mondays @ the Library’?

Explore the practice of mindfulness and how it can be used in your day-to-day life with certified Mindfulness Instructor, Anne O’Connor.  O’Connor is a professionally trained Instructor and has over 20 years of Mindfulness practice experience to share with participants.

Mindfulness is a practice that encourages one to be consciously present in the moment without judgement and has become a respected and widely used practice for calming, stress management and general health and wellness.

Classes will be offered exclusively via Zoom to be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home.  There will be no on-site activities at the library for this course.

The start date for this free course is Monday, April 3, 2023 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. The course will wrap up for the summer on Monday, June 26, 2023. Enrollment is open throughout the course.
