hoopla is a digital service that allows you to download and stream movies, TV shows, music, ebooks, audiobooks, and comics. All hoopla content is available immediately and there are no wait times to borrow items, but you are limited to borrowing 5 items per month. You can download the hoopla app on Apple or Android devices, use their website on your computer, or use smart TV prodcuts like Apple TV and Android TV to stream on your television.
